The Brazilian guy linked to ESPN didn't say he was joining Arsenal for 21m. He said out of the clubs linked Arsenal are the most likely club to sign him. ESPN Brazil has a story stating Liverpool and Tottenham are interested.

I'd love for us to sign this guy.

ironically i hadn't heard of this player until playing FM13, tried to sign him for arsenal as he was shit hot but they wanted 30 million for him. few weeks later and we're linked to him in real life. then again we're linked to anyone.
