I'd be chuffed to bits with this. He's touted as one of the hottest young prospects in Brazil and is already knocking on the door of the national side. The Brazilian league is a highly competitive one and in recent times those who have moved to Europe have done well (e.g. Lucas Moura, Oscar).

He'd be a better choice than Grenier, anyway.

Bernard is Juninho mark II apparently.

Looks like another Coutinho like player.

First saw him at the Confed Cup, upped the tempo for Brazil both times he came on. Busy player always moving around actually reminded me of a faster more skillful version of Rosicky

Hes like a young Rosicky on the bench, though we don't spent that big. We don't do it and we don't need it.

I've always said we need a new AM, maybe this guy is it. Not convinced though

Let me guess, not really a centre forward, not really a winger, not really a CM, but likes to play in the hole?

Wenger likes his short AMs so I can see this happening!

We have cazorla and wilshere (rosicky, gervinho, theo podolski, ox also like to play in the hole) do we really need more of those types?

Cazorla should be first choice in the hole, if anything we need a cm or winger.

Yes we really do need more of those types. We currently only have Cazorla and Rosicky able to play there, one is our starting LW and the other is 33 at the start of next season. Gervinho/Theo/Podolski in the hole is laughable

I think we need to add a creative AM to this squad anyway so if we do sell Gervinho we'll need an extra player capable of playing on the flanks too, add that to a striker and you're talking about 3 new attacking players really required for this squad. Can't help noticing Honda is out of contract though...

Podolski--Cazorla--Walcott should not be f'd with imo. Put a proper striker in front of them and we'll be laughing. Then its just a case of finding a CM to complement Wilshere/Artera.

Podolski-Cazorla-Walcott has already been f'd with and we were better as a result

We've played much better playing with

Cazorla Rosicky Walcott
Arteta Ramsey

as we found our most balanced side hence going on championship winning form. I think we'd be goi backwards to field 3 forwards again.
