I've read somewhere that players that play in a unstable country (like Ukraine) can file a request with the FIFA which can make it a lot easier and cheaper to get him.

If it were up to me, I don't want either. We've already signed a world class attacker who can play anywhere on the front line. We don't need another winger. We need a striker. So, no to both Bernard and Griezmann.
