before it disappears...

Arsenal Career[edit]

On the 4th June 2013 it was reported by sky italy that Mitrović had transfered from Partizan to Arsenal. His first cousin Nilain Levroji, a goalkeeper had earlier been approached by the Gunners but famously rejected the trial, opting instead to party at his father's European pigeon racing competition victory.

After releasing 16 players from the youth set up it was always likely we'd see a lot of activity around the U21 players. Good moves, hopefully we'll end up with a few gems in the bunch.

Spot on. There looks to be a lot to come putting things into prospective that is as you have and...

Darren ‏@DarrenArsenal1

Weird people criticize Arsenal buying young players 2 replace large scale squad departures, but comment how proactive it is when others do it
https://twitter.com/DarrenArsenal1/stat ... 7128615937

Didn't hear outcries when MUFC/CFC buy similar (Hernandez/Lukaku), I heard "proactive" "why didn't we get there first"
https://twitter.com/DarrenArsenal1/stat ... 0667760644

Criticize in the round once you've seen the full extent of squad building, not the phony war of replacing squad departures with talent
https://twitter.com/DarrenArsenal1/stat ... 0355750914

What if MUFC or CFC had wanted same players and Arsenal moved earlier before they were bought elsewhere, perspective. Gives food for thought
https://twitter.com/DarrenArsenal1/stat ... 4948686849

@GeoffArsenal We will lose 22+ players this summer, all those places won't be filled with promotions within, hence new talent arrivals.
https://twitter.com/DarrenArsenal1/stat ... 9379051520

@GeoffArsenal people don't want to see "why" they only want "why not"
https://twitter.com/DarrenArsenal1/stat ... 8332654592

@GeoffArsenal I criticize more than most, but won't do so until you see what happens in 6 weeks or so.
https://twitter.com/DarrenArsenal1/stat ... 3952345089

@GeoffArsenal Chelsea have spent over £70m on their youth academy in 5 yrs or so by estimates, that's what clubs up against ....
https://twitter.com/DarrenArsenal1/stat ... 6296843266

@GeoffArsenal ...its not just the 1st team players clubs target, hence why focus in bringing in young talent, that is the outcome of FFP....
https://twitter.com/DarrenArsenal1/stat ... 1511257089

Can't argue against that.

People who are pissed off about this singing. Think of it as:

Sanchez Watt OUT
Alex Mitrovic IN
Leno
Bellerin Sokratis Holding Tierney
Ceballos - Torriera - Özil
Pépé - - Lacazette - - Auba

First of all this player has not signed....just one paper reporting it. secondly even sanogo took us several months and he was free agebt. so the idea this was already done is naive

Lol people are actually ripping Arsenal for this... Smh!

Just a massive transition all round this summer IMO including a lot of young top talent.
