Heard any rumours? This is the place to discuss potential transfer targets.

God no. Had hopes for him in the early 2010's but all dissolved now

This thread feels like another dimension

Still remember him begging us to sign him before he went to spuds. Wasn't he even posting a photo of himself in an Arsenal shirt?

Let's pay a rival's ageing reject a huge salary on a long contract - that policy works so well !!!!!!!!

Are you on our board? so sign a 28/29 year old on a four year deal so he will be 31/32 and worthless when that contract ends - got it .... if he were a top class player at the peak of his form then yes signing a 28 year old makes some sense ... but a player who has played just 77 EPL games in 4 years are you having a laugh?

If he will sign a one year deal with a one year option, and if he will accept a low wage with decent bonuses for performance - then maybe, but we're winning nothing with Spurs rejects ....

Maybe if he'd take a 2 year + 1 year option deal on 50k pw. You have to have some element of 'win now' players in your squad and I'm not sure he's really good enough to fall in that category but we can't let the Ozil and Auba mistakes block us from potentially smart moves.

Just don't offer the c*** a 4 year 100k + pw deal ffs

Why in God's name would we even consider this when we have AMN, Cedric, Chambers and Tomiyasu?
