But he went to Barca and that's Where players go to die. Footballing suicide. He's finished.

They sure killed that Alexis Sanchez fella.

Like I said, if he showed his Atletico form then I wouldn't mind.

Alexis has shown his udinese form and improved on it

Turan is also older thus tougher to come back from the dead. You should know. Remind us how shit you think zidane and allegri are compared to Wenger which is posting suicide.

If this rumor is true:
Worst case scenario, he's replacing Sanchez.
Best case scenario, he's replacing Cazorla.
Alternate scenario, in a 343, we play Sanchez at CF, Ozil on the right and Turan on the left. Would be quite formidable in possession.

If true, why are we signing him? If it's a loan deal, it'd be okay for squad depth, but nooo.

Arda Turan has no interest in joining Arsenal this summer. Arsene Wenger has been a long-standing admirer of Barcelona's Turkish midfielder, whose opportunities have been limited since arriving at Camp Nou from Atletico Madrid in 2015.

Now 30, Turan has struggled to impress and has been tipped to leave, with Wenger ready to offer him a lifeline.

The Frenchman has over £150million at his disposal this summer and had identified Turan as a key target ahead of a renewed title challenge next term.

But speaking to Turkish media on Monday, Turan's agent Ahmet Bulut, says he is happy to remain in Catalunya.

"Arda is not going anywhere. Barcelona's directors are happy with him," said Bulut.

"We haven't spoken to any club about a transfer. The stories that have come out in the media that he will be leaving have annoyed Arda. And nor has it gone down well with board members at the club; Arda Turan will see out his contract.

Thank God. We should be doing better, specially if we just sign 3 players.

Heard he tried to throttle a 70 year old journo on the team plane. What a tool.

Yeah, Turan is overrated, Mahrez is overrated. Reus is overrated..so as Morata,Griezmann,Higuaín,Benzema..............They are all overrated.
But you forgot one thing, the most important thing:
The most overrated players are in this Arsenal team. Anyone in the above list, even if they are overrated, will still be 10 times better than what we are having now, besides Ozil and Sanchez.
