A strange report to come out really as i was only thinking he would be a good buy for us the other day (after seeing his performance against man utd). If anyone has seen this guy play you can see he looks like the real deal, hes strong, quick, his finishing can be a bit erratic but hes young and his build up play is very good. I would say he is destined for a big club at some point, hopefully his love for arsenal will put us in the driving seat for his signature.

From what I've seen this season and scouting the YouTube a bit he doesn't seem half bad. Very clinical, physically strong. He's a kind of "right place at the right time" forward and he's got a fair amount of speed too. I can imagine Zenith knowing more, he watches the Belgium league.

He's about 6'4'' and jumps extremely high, which makes him very difficult to defend in aerial duels. With his feet [ball control, passing, etc] he's still a bit raw, but has improved on that since his transfer to Villa... So far he does look very right-footed though, despite scoring with his left food against the Netherlands.
Gotta admit, despite seeing him on JPL's highlights on a weekly basis, I was never really impressed by him and nearly choked on my dinner when they mentioned on TDD that the fee Villa paid for him was around £7M.
At the moment he plays Lukaku out of the national team with ease... -The team is a bit short on proper ST's so he doesn't have that much competition, but it doesn't change the fact that he has scored 4 goals in the last 5 games for Belgium, which is quite impressive for a 21 year old.

Ah, and wether we need a player like him? Don't think we do since we allready have Giroud.

I wouldn't say he was the same type of player as giroud, he is good in the air yes but he also has more pace than giroud and looks to get in behind the defence.

I agree. Honestly, I don't think we need him. Ever. We have Giroud, Podolski, Theo. Buy a decent winger.

Only one of those three play in the middle though. We need another striker IMO.
