Steven N’Zonzi

Heard any rumours? This is the place to discuss potential transfer targets.

In an ideal world we'd get them both - N'zonzi to sit and Doucoure b2b to drive forward.

Plus it would give us some power and presence in the middle of the park which is something we've lacked since Gilberto went.

Kudos to Cazorla really despite being small it really showed how good a footballer he was.

a central midfield of N'Zonzi and Dacoure with Seri next to them as the playmaker would be sick and would be a great partnership all French speaking Africans.

I'd happily trade in Ramsey and Wilshere for that.

Wanted him when he was a Stoke and people used to laugh at me calling him average only took a move to Sevilla for people to realise he's actually quality

There's no better quality than BPL proven players Fergie understood this players like Carrick, Young and Valencia were all considered average signings by united fans and all of them exceeded expectations Carrick especially.

^Everyone looks shit when they are attacked non stop with poor defensive players around them...

Xhaka and Mustafi are probably very good players, supported by the no one.

Arsenal have been offered fresh hope in their long-running pursuit of Steven N'Zonzi, according to AS.

Sevilla are aware of the interest being shown in the Frenchman from Emirates Stadium and have stepped up their efforts to land Real Madrid's Marcos Llorente as a result.

This is a load of crap article.

I seriously doubt we'll go for another CDM after Torriea.

Not happening. As much as I like him I think priced at 35m is too steep for a 30 year old player and considering how much war funds arsenal have.

If we got rid of Wilshere and Elneny then i'd be all for this.

We would have far to many midfielders otherwise.

I'd rather keep Elneny over Xhaka but hes just been given a new contract so it will never happen.

The more i think about it, i think we will play 2 dms and we wont go after Gelson, Or have him rotate with Ozil/replace Ozil.

--------------------Aubameyang--------------
------------Mkhy----------------Ozil-----------
-----------------------Ramsey------------------
----------------Torreira--N'Zonzi-------------
Monreal--Koscielny--Sokratis--Bellerin

It makes sense because thats the formation Emery played at Sevilla, That way we can keep Elneny and Xhaka, plus Niles can rotate with Ramsey if Jack leaves, i'd be much happier with this defensive approach, we would be a very physical team.

They're all banging on about this aren't they?

I don't see it after the cheaper options we're looking at however I'd love it if it was true ............

I'm just not buying it.

Just imagine how physical we would be with Torreira playing shuttler and N'Zonzi Ball winner, Xhaka can rotate in all 3 midfield positions.

Bellerin would be shit hot with all that defensive cover.

We will soon see anyway, if he decides to buy a winger we are back to 4-3-2-1 and if he buys another DM we are playing with 3 midfielders like Sevilla did.

Goetze could be bought to rotate with Ramsey/Mhky/Ozil also, a much more versatile signing than Gelson.

Not buying unless they are more departures which we are not aware of.
