He's better than Oscar and Hazard, especially through the middle.

Mata is a better interior than CAM. His best seasons have come from drifting from the right. He doesn't have to defend from there (Oscar is 10 times better at pressing, tracking back and has a much better engine) and he doesn't have to be the main source for tempo playing from the wing.

Centrally I'd say Oscar > Mata > Hazard.
