I was reading this article and came across Knatt (dibbs). I know Arsenals plan, get a player with an 11 letter surname to increase revenue...

Also its good to know Dennis is keeping us in the loop. Ad ive said before i'd love him back at arsenal, stuff Keown. :hiding:

How would they increase revenue? It's £6 for any name and £6 for any number.

Indeed.

I've edited the title accordingly.

lol. Ok it was an early start. On review Ingolfur Sigurdsson still has 10 letters. I suppose we'd call him Ingo then..

How hard must it be to have catchy chants for your team when their called Knattspyrnufelag Reykjavikur. Its prob the longest club name in football.. :dontknow:

Yes, the main article was about Eriksen. Sigurdsson was just a foot note.

That may be true for the club shop. But some sports shops still charge for each letter. Trust me i know. A few seasons back it was a toss up between ljungberg or pires. I picked the cheaper name and the better player imho.

Well he's on the last year of his contract and given the fact we like doing bargain signings it wouldn't surprise me at all if we were in for him.
