Havertz wasn't proven at all. Jesus arguably was since he has won multiple Premier Leagues.
PL-proven is less risk and less time to adapt.
Isak has 20 PL goals in an average Newcastle side, who still aren't leveraging the Saudi money. Toney has been consistent since Brentford got into the PL. Watkins has done well at ~Villa for a few years now. Nothing like Havertz, who stunk out Chelsea.
