Again 20 years old and unknown a bit like Vieira.

Think we need to move away from spending 30 million on these types of players. If this was a player seen as a generational talent then fine but not for players like this.

His youth career was spent at Barcelona’s La Masia, and then PSG where he made his senior debut, and is a regular for PSV Eindhoven and the Dutch national team.

Was also the joint top goal scorer in the Eredivisie 22/23 season.

Hardly unknown

So we shouldn’t have signed Martinelli, Gabriel, Tomiyasu and Saliba as they were “unknown”??

He's played a lot this season which is good, but only has 1 league goal since mid-September. Looks like another Jesus, twinkletoed creative FW who doesn't score much.

Arsenal are chasing a deal for 20-year-old Paris-St Germain and Netherlands attacking midfielder Xavi Simons, who is on loan with RB Leipzig, as backup to a move for Wolves' Portuguese forward Pedro Neto, 23. (Football Transfers)

Id love to get him if we can get him cheap... to much of a gamble to spend big on tho.

His main strength is making runs from the midfield and pushing the ball up forward.. what we kinda lack atm. IE 65m donkey should be doing that.

L’Equipe: Arsenal, Bayern, Manchester United and Manchester City have contacted PSG over a potential sale of Xavi Simons. However, PSG will not sell him this summer as a big part of the fee would go to PSV if Simons is sold before January 2025. The most likely option this summer is a loan move

Simons is currently represented by Darren Dein who is the son of David Dein.
