Talk of ESR rekindling his England career,
Shame his talent was over looked by Arteta

Love ESR but he has no resilience and stamina at all. gets taken off after 65 minutes every game for fulham.

I'm on Transfermarkt and seeing loads of games where He's played 80 mins or more. Obviously he will need time to adjust to a more rigorous playing schedule.

And yet he's started more games for Fulham already than he did for us in his last 2.5 seasons, and they're flying form-wise.

Arteta is allergic to rotation. He would start a block of wood in midfield if they could play 90 minutes.

Most games hes come off at 65 minutes or so. He starts game so well then fades. I still wish him well and thankfully if he does excell we have a buy back clause apparently, however he's one a bit like Martinelli who didn't evolve his game enough to find a role.

If we worked on the defensive side to his game and became a proper number 8 im convinced he'd got even more minutes than Merino has this year.

This is true and a topic of conversation amongst Fulham fans.

He was also benched against both City and Liverpool.

Regardless of what what we think, Silva doesn't currently trust ESR when his team needs to be solid without the ball.
