Heard any rumours? This is the place to discuss potential transfer targets.

We should tap up Michy Batshuayi ( if he's still hurt and Chelsea's current predicament may make it possible to buy him) ....

Who's gonna tell him he's coming off bench? Smh lol. This is one u stay away from.

He's way too self destructive and bratty, we don't even need him.

Better goal scoring record than Balotelli in Premier League.

Would not be a bad thing to have a target man to come off the bench.

Welbeck is a winger come pretend striker, Balotelli is an out and out striker.

So who's he going to replace, Auba? Lacazette?

Neither. We can do better for any position we play them in.

Pointless signing when we need other holes filled much more urgently.

Hes on a free

Getting him doesn't stop us getting someone else in another position

Yes it does. It takes up another 100k or whatever in the wage budget that were already struggling with.

Get the players we need and then look at players who might sit behind auba and laca on massive wages for no good reason after. Unless we switching to 2 strikers fulltime in which case we need more strikers and it'd be a goodish move.

If a 433 variant is the main formation, we need something completely different and I'm not sure If emery is going for 442 / 352 / 4312 etc.

I really hope 4-3-1-2 then we would need an other striker because other than Welbeck we only have Nkeitah

------------Lacazette--Aubameyang---
------------------------Ozil-------------------
-------Mkhitaryan------------Ramsey----
-----------------------Xhaka-------------
Monreal--Koscielny--Mustafi--Bellerin
------------------------Cech------------------

That's what our best line up is with our best players (without new signings).

Unless our new tactics get our players pressing well enough to keep the ball out wide do you trust the defensively frail 3 like Rambo xhaka and mkhki when we play teams like united or city where we get absolutely over run in the middle?
