According to Calciomercato, Arsenal could consider a move for Juventus midfielder Arthur.

The Brazilian is being made available by the Bianconeri and could figure in talks with the Gunners, who have also been linked with Sweden international Dejan Kulusevski.

Any good?

Arsenal have been offered the opportunity to take Arthur on loan from Juventus, claims the Transfer Window Podcast, but they are yet to get back to Serie A giants.

Mikel Arteta is in the market for new recruits, particularly in midfield, as he prepares to lose the likes of Thomas Partey and Nicolas Pepe to the Africa Cup of Nations.

Whilst I'm still inclined to consider his compatriot Bruno Guimaraes as a better option to strengthen our midfield, I wouldn't say no outright to Arthur Melo being an alternative addition for the second half of the campaign.

flopped in 2 other who dominated 2 easier leagues where he had more freedom to do what he does best, pass the ball, he will not like being pressed in the premier league at the intensity we do it, he will be a worse version of xhaka.

I thought he started pretty well at Barca tbh. Very good for a possession based team. Not sure about his physicality in the prem though.

Looks pretty strong, uses upper body strength to shield the ball well from what I have seen.
Some concerns that he is very slow, however.

Doesn't even look good on youtube which is a worrying sign. We should get the other guy or slap £70m down for tielemans.
Invincibility lies in the defence; the possibility of victory in the attack.
