Make it make sense

We pay £50m (suggested) for the player Chelsea have just spent £50m to upgrade

Just lol

Now we are looking at Kepa and Madueke, neither player who make you think "good player", so why the f**k are we signing these wastemen?!

I would wait until Arsenal have confirmed things.
So far the only player we wanted and know we even had conversations with is Kepa.

So far we have apparently agreed personal terms with Gyokeres, Sesko, Madueke and Eze.

There is no way of knowing whether we have even spoken to him.
95% of everything in the football journalism pertaining to transfers turns out to be wrong or unverified.

Maybe we have spoken to him.. don't know.
Best to wait until the club announce, IMO - or photo, video confirmation of him at our training ground for a medical.

So based on this, we haven't signed or even approached Zubimendi?

Bandana and pony tail it's a fkn no for me!!!!! We have enough look at me pricks already.

Cech - 5/10
Luiz - 5/10
Jorginho 5/10
Havertz 6/10
Sterling 2/10

Who have I missed?

Gallas
Diarra
Benayoun
Willian

I'll go

Gallas and havertz 4
Luiz and cech 3
Jorginho 2
The rest 1

A fair rating

Havertz is still here so time to go lower or higher as unlikely as that seems

https://one-versus-one.com/en/compare-p ... Martinelli

What exactly is the point of signing Madueke?

Barely an improvement on Martinelli's numbers, significantly less assists, expensive transfer fee.

Maybe Arteta thinks he can turn some of those XG into, you know, goals? With his expert coaching skills that have worked so well for Martinelli? That have kept Nwaneri on the bench?

According to Romano, the player has agreed to retain his current salary of £50k/week. A key distinction is that, allegedly, at Chelsea he's earning £50k flat, whereas at Arsenal it'd include bonuses, i.e, a lower base salary, which could rise to £50k, providing that certain performance/appearance criteria are met.
