I'm still not convinced he's built to be a PL midfielder

Arsenal agree deal to sign Martin Zubimendi from Real Sociedad, here we go!

Zubimendi has now verbally agreed to sign a long term deal… so formal steps must follow soon with Arsenal to trigger €60m clause.

Zubi, ready to become the first signing of the new season.

Real Sociedad midfielder Martin Zubimendi, 26, has verbally agreed to join Arsenal and the Spain international intends to join the Gunners when his release clause of 60m euros (£50.75m) is activated. (Talksport), external

However, reports in Spain suggest Xabi Alonso has included Zubimendi on a list of transfer targets for when, as expected, the Bayer Leverkusen manager replaces Carlo Ancelotti as Real Madrid boss. (AS)

Yea we did the triple with him in the side suprising we didn't win the world cup as well, love how we follow these tried and tested result driven theories of Arteta, next season hopefully we start the season with a bare 11

He is a DM, not a creative CM like Cazorla. Doesn't look particularly physical so I'd be curious to see if he plays centrally, flanked by Ode a d Rice. Atletico absolutely steamrolled Sociedad yesterday.

I've been supporting this club longer than you have been alive, Club ,
not singular man, I just absolutely don't rate the guy running the football and I will highlight every bit of crap he tries to pull. So if you want to high light for example how good we are at scoring off set pieces best you high light how shit we were also.
That's not specific to you it's just a random example of the dribble we have to listen too. A heads up if you like.
Anyone who supports this man after his statement about being short before we started needs imo to f**k off with Arteta whereever the f**k that is when he is gone. Because if that don't raise alarm bells your tone deaf.
Don't ever judge my passion for Arsenal I was supporting them and LISTENING to their games long before I could even see them play on TV. Half the fucken fan base can't go up the fkn road to see them yet have so many opportunities to do so. Try getting up around 3am for 50 fucken years son at least 15 of those to listen to them, yes.....? Didn't fucken think so.
