Haaland only striker in the world who has to score most if not all of his chances or he's shit

The absurdity of this lol

Pep finally gave him more freedom too. hes playing like he was at dortmund now. dropping deep and making runs.. that f***ing giant is even dribbling.

the idea that hes just a poacher and sits there infront of goal is so dumb. hes so fast and strong its unreal.

They did a bit on him on motd

Running back, putting pressure. He's immense. Not just a finisher but the complete package

2nd best in the world. After Eddie of course

Jay kinda has a point because he does miss lots of big chances.

Its a weird one, because on the one hand you can't argue with his numbers and he was doing it long before he joined City. But you also can't argue with the stat that he missed the most big chances.

Dont care about some nitpicking stats with someone with an agenda from day 1 he joined EPL. Anyone with eyes can see what Haaland is doing.

30m for Eddie

If Pep thought Eddie could do better than Haaland he would be starting for city right now.

It's not really weird HH
Plenty of strikers have relied on volume of chances as opposed to finishing.
Haaland has so far in the PL been a below average finisher, but he's started very well this year - albeit 3 games.
Part of HIS play is why he gets so many chances though - strikers need multiple skills, not just finishing.

Dont join the troll, even accidentally. Haaland is well on his way to being the greatest goal scorer in PL history.

Haaland is almost at a goal a game. He has blown Henry and Aguero’s efficiency records away. He won a treble his first season and the league in his second. And mugs on GW complain about him missing chances. Jeez.

Meanwhile, Gyokeres is already on 10 G+A, 5 games into the new season. 1 goal contribution every 48 minutes played.

Haaland is elite, his goal numbers are phenomenal and any team would love to have him.

Every team in the league would rather play Man City minus Haaland and his numbers show that this big chances stat is worthless and that it doesn’t really matter considering the amount of goals he scores.

If anything shows how pointless some of these new stats are it’s this, the guy has broken record, his team wins trophies and he’s scored large amounts of goals at every club.

Honestly why would any Man City fan care about big chances, they clearly don’t matter.

It's these newcomers that's just got in to football using a pointless stat. Henry missed plenty of chances 20 years ago. No one gives a shit

All strikers do miss big chances - but some miss a lot more than others.
Haaland over his first two seasons had a very low conversion rate of big chances and broke the record for the number of big chances missed in both seasons.

There is no reality - either what you see or what you analyse over the last 2 years - that shows Haaland finishes big chances well.
Just reality - no matter how badly the need to twerk for him.
I am sure it's something he works on a lot and is still young so can of course improve. There is a massive scope for improvement in that area of his game.

The most important record is however goals scored, he’s scored more than anyone else in the PL ever over a season and his goal record for his career so far is phenomenal.

The fact he’s beaten records of all the best strikers in the PL is a statement in itself, this includes the likes of Henry, Wright, RVN, Shearer, Ronaldo, Cole, Kane, Rooney, Suarez, Torres, Salah etc etc

Granted I do think it’s easier to score nowadays than it use to be years ago, but still his record stands up to scrutiny.
