I get it - the downer after dropped points. It is still bloody funny to see the emotional crashes though.

Not winning games like that against that kind of opposition will cost us the entire season.

We're throwing away points, that will add up.

If Arteta doesn't get 4th then games like this will be remembered for what they are and if that is the case he has to go.

Sure - we may well look back at this game. We'll see.
Those types of games are common in the PL.

17 games left. We'll need to go something like W11 D2 L4 to end on more than 70 points. Today made things slightly more difficult no doubt because the margin for error has tightened but I don't think the players will drop after that. We dominated and created chances to score.

If we don't and end up 5th or 6th - ok - we continue to build.

Arsenal's pursuit of striker Dusan Vlahovic, 21, has been further complicated by Juventus presenting Fiorentina owner Rocco Commisso with a competing offer for the Serbia international. (Times)

Meanwhile, Vlahovic has been accused of ignoring the club's calls by Fiorentina chief executive Joe Barone following the Gunners' reported bid for the Serie A forward. (Metro)

Juve will always be in the picture when it comes to swooping in on Serie A talents.

The best ever late Christmas present would be if this whole sorry saga portraying us as though a lovesick school boy, all turned out to have been a deceptive smoke screen in order to wrong foot rival suitors, and one of either Arthur Cabral or Patrick Schick end up being revealed as the new striker to spearhead our currently blunt as a condom attack.

Would love him here, we’d probably get him for half as much as the likes of Isak and Vlahovic, especially if we include Nketiah who Leverkusen are big fans of

Should have got a striker in the summer. Now it will cost us a top 4 finish and a return to CL. Shame.

We still have time to turn this around with a signing.

............. I just don't think it'll be Vlahovic.

He's touted as a rising star and quite frankly, we're not quite at the level yet.

Look at Newcastle, millions to hand and are struggling to land players, its funny, in a game like football of all places you learn that its not just ALL about money.

Sky saying Juve are working on a deal.

Interesting since they couldn’t afford to buy Locatelli in the summer and had to loan him.

Newcastle could get relegated, which is why nobody good wants to risk going there permanently. They'd be trapped for years, as the new owners won't have to sell them to make ends meet in the Championship.

We are a far better run club so we don't have any excuse for our inaction.

We're looking for CL players but aren't even guaranteed Europa League football. That is our problem

True, If we can get top 4 more players will want to come to us as the best players want to play in the best competitions. We just need someone now to help with that cause.
