Noone of note seems to want him, i saw reports of him 'switching off at key moments' a while back.

Maybe he does not have the work effort to replace Laca.

Ironically, Brighton are considering a £20m bid.

Chelsea are prepared to lower their asking price of £40m for 23-year-old English striker Tammy Abraham, who has attracted interest from Arsenal, West Ham and Aston Villa. (Sun)

DCL wouldn’t be any better than Nketiah here he’s an average player who looked better under a world class manager Carlo

Bring him home?

23 years old, he could turn into something.

Get rid of Laca, sell Nketiah and have Tammy and Balogun for CF.

This is not the first time Abraham has spoke about his love for the north London club, with the Blues striker revealing that he was an Arsenal supporter when he was a kid, and spoke about his admiration of Gunners icon Thierry Henry.

"To be honest I was an Arsenal fan," Abraham said back in 2017, as per Eurosport.

"When you’re young and you choose who to support, if it’s a family thing, it’s a family thing. Luckily for me, it was a family thing, so it wasn’t really a problem at Chelsea.

"Someone I looked up to was Thierry Henry. His variations of finishing, his movement, the way he dribbles.

Disappointed DG usually you know your stuff when it comes to centre forwards, this guy is just an overpriced Chelsea reject.

The fact that Giroud who you yourself thought was a donkey, was better than him at Chelsea tells you all you need to know about why we should be steering clear, especially for that 40M fee, he’s nothing more than a 10M bench warmer at best.

Tammy I think could score 20 a season.
Balogun still has much to prove.

If we're selling Laca we should be keeping Nketiah and vice versa.
Relying solely on Tammy and Balogun would be a mistake.

Far too overpriced, and we can't be subsidizing Chelsea anyway.

20 mil and low wages. Then if it’s a fuckup we can actually shift him on.

Desperate times call for desperate measures.

........... and we are desperate.

If Laca goes we're literally talking Nketiah or this guy and this is the only striker being rumoured.

:dontknow:

I'm really hoping they find a Sambi type gem (young with bags of potential) for the back up CF position instead of signing Tammy.
