An Interview With..... All_Arsenal_1886

Postby SE13 » Sat Mar 15, 2008 10:32 am

What is your name: Ryan Cheeseman (you got to love the surname lol.)

Your age: 20.

Location: South London.

Height: 5' 8

Explain your username: I only started using forums last summer i joined one Arsenal forum (not this one) just after i had been up Arsenal for the day and visited the All Arsenal shop on the east side of the stadium, i registered as All_Arsenal (i thought is was a cool name) but for whatever reason i couldn't post so i re-registered but had to do a diffrent name hence All_Arsenal_1886.

Highbury or Ashburton Grove, and why: Highbury - for so many reasons, the main one being that my first ever trip to Highbury was as a VIP 10 years ago.

Also you couldn't beat a cold wet Champions League night at Highbury.

What would make Ashburton Grove better: Terraces - I believe it would be easy enough to have a standing section which would easily improve atmosphere.

How many times have you seen Arsenal: Not sure i have lost count, i used to get to about 10 games a season but this year i have been all but 3 home games and a few away games.

What first attracted you to Arsenal: Seeing David Seaman during Euro 96 and saving the penalties against Spain.

Favourite player of all time: Dennis Bergkamp.

Have you got a hidden talent: If i have i haven't found it yet.

Who is the most fanciable female: Elisha Cuthbert.

If you could take her out on a date, where would it be: up the Arse-nal, or Paris.

Favourite holiday destination: haven't been there but would love to go Swizerland, i go Spain a few times a year haven't really travelled anywhere else.

If you won the lottery, what would you do: Buy an apartment on the Highbury Square development, and enjoy life.

If i won the Euro lottery i would try and buy my local football team.

Thanks to Ryan for taking the time to answer the questions. Now it's over to you, the reader. Ask away, within reason!

I'm going to cheat and pick three.

In no order they are,

1. Being a VIP at Highbury for my first ever Arsenal game. The game was Arsenal vs Sheffield Wednesday, we won 1-0 with a Dennis Bergkamp.

2. Getting to Dennis Bergkamp's testimonial 10 days after a major operation where the doctors said i would be a few months before i could think about getting out and about again. Although it was one of the hardest things i have ever done it was well worth all the pain and effort i went through to get to say goodbye to Dennis, something i will never forget.

3. My step-brother being born. (i think i have told you my reason for that one?)

Obviously there's a few but my current favourite Arsenal moment is Tony Adams scoring against Everton on the last day of the season in 1998, and the commentator saying "that sums it all up"

Wow LRL this is more difficult than the "if you had to supports Sp*rs or Chelsea who would it be?"

I would have to say a sick bag on a long flight plane ride from iran, in the hope that there's loads of other sick bags and i don't get used.
