If you were Chelsea owner, at the reaching of what circumstances would you sack your manager?
In a few years time some of your very best players will be getting too old to keep playing at the level they are now (it is more than likely anyway). Abrahmovic has curtailed Chelsea's philosophy over the last few years looking for balance and positive turnover and basically has stopped the mad spending he did at the start and like City are doing now....
My last question is that when the time comes when your aging players are diminishing and the team needs an overaul, as a fan, will you accept one or 2 (how many?) years transition if he doesn't want to spend madly but wants to buy what he can but keep Chelseas economics at a long term sustainable level? Or will you demand he spends as mad as possible to keep you fighting to the end of all competitions as you are now and will you demand that immediately?
when the season starts i think we can win the league but afterwards i change my mind. . .
if i was the owner of my team i would give the manager a year and if he was good then he'd stay as the manager but if he was crap (like how scolari was) i'd sack him in the middle of the season!
the players are getting older and older but i'd want abromovich to spend money only on where the team is weak for e.g in defence and but another forward player like a striker or attacking mid-fielder would be useful too.
