Has taken a bunch of low-tier average Championship players and is playing the most entertaining brand of football in the Prem this season. That's not even counting his vision and application in Leeds' rejuvenation and return to the Premier League.

That's what a coach does. Coach teams. Not buy them as is the norm these days. It's also how these awards should be implemented. What's more impressive? Relative performance-wise? Flick winning the UCL again this season or Hasenhuttl finishing in the top-4 with this Soton team?

All too often, these awards are marred by the ritual of awarding winners over achievers. Such a sad reflection.

Nvm, just imagine Bielsa with these morons we have. Top-4 in the bag?
