"Dietcoke" has delivered his list of 20 players for the match against Scotland: Messi is not selected!!Big surprise, but it seems that the Argentina Federation has made a deal with the Barça for keeping Messi during the "friendly" games...that's bullshit!!
:sneaky2:
Let's take a closer look: a few days ago,Messi had spat in the face of Duda (player of Malaga) during the last "la liga" day!!

Lionel, hope you will retain this lesson: next time, you'd better score a goal with one of your hands (or both),instead of spitting at the face of another player, and you will be sure to be selected by "Dietcoke"!!

Sorry,too easy I know... but I couldn't resist!! :1970_two_smileys_drinking_beer_together.gif:

Messi wasn't gonna be selected from the word go mate. After the game with Scotland was announced the Scottish FA said he wouldn't be coming.

You could get a job for the sun with your random jumping to conclusoins/sheer nonsence.

El Diego in Paradise last night...

Go on my son!! I love Diego.

As much that is made out of the whole Hand of God thing, his second goal in that match was a thing of sheer beauty.

His other gial is forgotten because of the goal that makes him deserve a slow painful death.

Let's imagine he never done it against us and it was the Germans. Alright then isn't it?

I love how everyone talks about the hand but fails to mention how we were trying to kick El Diego off the back, kick and elbow him of the park in fact.

Petted lips is the man's a genius. He single handedly dragged a depleted Argentine squard to two WC finals, winning one along the way.

First WC I can remember was 1986 and what a WC it was - Diego made me fall in love with football that summer. I think I was the only kid in England that wanted a Argentina top with 10 on the back. I f***ing got it too :hail:

I cant forgive him for it. Its his attitude that makes it worse than the actual offence. If he had since apologised for it, then we can move on, but he has proven himself to be an arrogant w***er.

I don't think El Diego would care, show me a football player that isn't at least a tiny bit arrogant. Can't get over the grief of loosing a match? That's what it comes down to isn't it?

What about the death of hundreds of young boys on the Falklands? That match was more than a match

It's all about perspective! And Maradona had the cajones to put it in with a little of the head of Maradona and a little with the of the Hand of God.

Legend end of.

That is a ridiculous reply.

This has absolutely nothing to do with the Falklands.

It has everything to do with a player deliberately handling the ball into the net (in a game which helped him to become the "legend" he is now seen as) and then more or less laughing about it for 20 years.

All I am saying is, I have not one ounce of respect for him because of that.

And all I'm saying is you can't get over the fact the match was lost.

And the match in question actually had a lot to do with the Falklands. Diego himself said it was revenge for it.
