Yep.
He'll be no-more United's player than he was West Ham.
Last i saw in the Evening Standard, the deal stands at:
United pay Kia Joorabchian £10m for the guarantee of Tevez playing for 2 seasons at Old Trafford, with an option of buying him at the end of those 2 seasons.
KJ has to pay West Ham £2m to settle the court action the he brought (and lost) against them last week.
I can see it getting to the end of this season, with Joorabchian trying to move the player onto another club (Madrid/Barcelona) and another summer of legal wrangling taking place!
I'm just glad that we never got involved with trying to sign the lad!
