Could you list all the teams in the league please Rachel?

If there's gonna be a regular thread on MLS, i might as well pick a team to follow.

Ok, there are two Conferences: East and West
If it's the same as last year (more than likely it won't be), You play each team in your conference three times and each team in the other conference twice.

East:

Toronto FC http://toronto.fc.mlsnet.com/t280/
New England Revolution http://www.revolutionsoccer.net/
DC United http://dcunited.mlsnet.com/t103/
Chicago Fire http://chicago.fire.mlsnet.com/t100/
Kansas City Wizards http://kc.wizards.mlsnet.com/t105/
Columbus Crew http://columbus.crew.mlsnet.com/t102/
New York Red Bulls http://web.mlsnet.com/t107/

West

Chivas USA http://chivas.usa.mlsnet.com/t120/
LA Galaxy http://la.galaxy.mlsnet.com/t106/
Houston Dynamo http://houston.mlsnet.com/t200/
Colorado Rapids http://www.coloradorapids.com/v
Real Salt Lake http://real.saltlake.mlsnet.com/t121/
San Jose Earthquakes http://web.mlsnet.com/t110/
FC Dallas http://fc.dallas.mlsnet.com/t104/

Any ex-Arsenal connections with any of those teams Rach?

I know you mentioned Paul Mariner earlier.

Mmm, no. I don't believe there are any ex-Arsenal connections with MLS outside of Mariner. There are a few ex-EPL players, though.
Juan Pablo Angel (Aston Villa) is the one that came and made the most difference this year. Plays for NY.
SE13, I will leave this forum unless your friend promises to be un-biased and at least somewhat respectful of New England. If he is a member of the Barra Brava or has connections to them, he will have me walking on eggshells like I never have before, and I really do not want that here.

Hmmmmm....

My MLS Insider wrote:As for rivals, Red Bull New York (or, "New York Redbulls") is United's rival. New England has been one of those awkward teams that just doesn't have a rival. But the history between New York and DC has been a long and bitter one, with DC on the winning side most of the time.

Love the sound of that, so it's DC United for me!

Yeah, supporting New England is like a rollercoaster. It's painful but I love it.
Won our first piece of silverware this year. The US Open Cup (US equivalent of the FA Cup). Made it to the final 4 of the past 6 years. Haven't won it yet, though
We hate DC because their fans are a bunch of a**holes to us.

I'm tempted by Dallas.

I lived there for 6 months and i've got loads of mates who are still out there.

And there was that film with a cheerleader called Debbie in it.....

Great. Looks like this wasn't such a good idea.......
Anyone going to support someone besides DC?
If you like a nice underdog? Colorado and Dallas are great!! Especially Dallas!

They got a sponsor. Still the same team, just a different name.
