Its a farcical draw and I've no idea what or how it's been decided and considering play offs aren't done yet, no idea why the draw is now but it is.

The irony being if Northern Ireland qualify, they'll have 30,000 Loyalists invading the Irish Republic. Also, you know Scotland are going to bottle it again.
