I saw Morgans tea celebration on Instagram and someone commented that if England scores again they should do a school shooting celebration. Is it wrong that I literally laughed out loud?

America and the Netherlands can't qualify for the men's WC, so we just decided to meet up in the final of the WWC instead.

Gonna win 2-1 like the rest of the knockout games. I'd love a stress-free 3-0 win for the USWNT though.

I think our colonial cousins are going to be disappointed after this game, the Dutch girls will prevail, 3-2 :arse fan:

hilarious from Guardian's Fiver column re: tea"Alex Morgan had sparked online outrage that was bizarre even by the standards of Social Media Disgrace Twitter, when she raised a pinkie and appeared to mime sipping a cup of tea as part of her goal celebration. While she refused to be drawn on the meaning behind the gesture ...., those desperate to be offended viewed it as a dig at English culture. If that was the case, she could have made her feelings more clear by miming drinking 17 pints on a Friday night out, then staggering home via the kebab shop."
