Add Japan, Canada, Australia, and China, and I'd be down. It'd be a party for sure.
You can see the investment from European nations paying off. 4/8 participants in the QF in 2011 and 3/8 in 2015 to 7/8 this year. The first European finalist since Germany in 2007. The gap between America and Europe is closing, and it'll be good for the women's game in the long run if there's greater parity at the top.

Not close to being as dominant as USA basketball (men & women), but I'd put our girls slightly above the All Blacks and on the level of Australia cricket.
