2006 after the cl final. We had a horror League season. New stadium affecting transfers. Needed new ideas.

Leaving in 2014 would have been the perfect send off. We had a good albeit disappointing season in the league following our biggest ever club signing and ended the trophy drought. We had 100m+ to spend in the summer coming up as well. Had he left then his legacy would have been intact

He was still semi good then though, it wasn't lost for him, if he was a bit more ruthless he could have won 07/08.

Earliest he should have left was probably 09, I think he deserved one more season after 08, that season was poor and it was 4 years without a trophy,
.

Earliest he shod have left was summer 09, latest summer 2012.

Very selfish man tbh, he still a legend but he lacked honour.

Alexis Sanchez at Arsenal was the most entertaining footballer to watch in the last decade.

He probably cost us a title maybe 2 by staying

Which ones?

If we got a new manager in 15/16 there's nothing to say we wouldn't have been in transition like the others used as an excuse for losing to Leicester. So just 13/14? When we won the FA Cup and were overperforming anyway?

It's hypothetical but a good manager def could have got a title post fergie.

Wenger would Def have one probably 2 if signed Suarez or higuain, him sticking with giroud for so long is the most bizarre thing he ever did.

Yeah, 15/16 if we bought any half decent striker we walk the league.

Bank wouldn’t give us a loan for the stadium unless Wenger stayed in charge

One particular bank said it was a factor

But don't let that get in the way of a good story

Which is another way of saying Wenger is a tight c*** who wont spend the money on the team and all the more reason to get rid

Couldn't give a shit if the new stadium was built. Whole point of it was so we can challenge the big boys

That's worked well

I don't have a problem with a self-sustaining model and I'm fine with Kroenke not funding us with his own wealth. Furthermore, i don't see a reason why we can't win titles under Kroenke as long as we make sensible decisions in the transfer market.
