Send him on loan.
Don't waste time in the Reserves by the looks of it he can contribute to a PL club as it is.

Hope he gets a lot of sub appearances for us or a loan to another top league, preferably the top 4. Looks amazing. Wenger said hes special as well, hope he treats him like that.
