We arent gonna score 6 or so goals against Burnley away. Top 4 is done.

Just need Emery to do a LvG and utelise a fourth substitution during ET to bring on Leno for Cech.

Well that was a pleasant enough stroll in the park, the difference in quality between Valencia and your mid-table EPL side was so obvious, they had so little attacking threat that even our defence handled it with relative ease ... sure we conceded two but then that's just us ... who says three at the back can't work?

This adds cash and coefficient which is good but we all know it's the final that counts ... time to give Chelsea a severe humbling, it's due.

Well after spending much of the day looking for flights that dont take more than 10 hours and cost less than £700 to get to Baku, I have finally given up.

UEFA stitched us up like a kipper by staging the final in a city thats over 2,500 miles away and has no direct flights other than those run by the travel agents who are milking this to buggery. Case in point being Sport Options offering return flights to Baku over 3 days, for the princely sum of £1,150.
Arsenal fans who hate other clubs more than Tottenham? Really!!

Mate, you feel much better after you read their statement on the matter:

Based on UEFA's recent experience with UEFA Europa League finals and the UEFA Super Cup in comparable venues the number of finalists' supporters requesting tickets for a UEFA Europa League final can vary greatly from club to club.

'Of course, it is impossible to predict in advance which clubs will reach the final while the venue has to be chosen around two years in advance.

'Taking into consideration the above and most importantly the geographical location and logisitcal capacity of airports in and around the host city, it was deemed that around 15,000 spectators would be able to travel from abroad (this includes finalists' fans and general public), with Baku as the main hub.

'Offering more tickets to fans of the participating teams, without any guarantee that they would be able to arrange suitable travel to reach Baku, was therefore not a responsible option

Basically "we picked Baku because they shovelled us the most money, but because it's in the arse end of nowhere with no airports nearby and f**k all accommodation, were only giving the actual fans of the team a total 12k tickets out of a 70k capacity".

Never mind the fact that most of the dignitaries who are getting complementary tickets wont bother going because of the same problems, thus leaving half the fecking stadium empty, or the locals probably not being able to afford it, this is the same location where one of the squad can't go because hed have to fear for his life.

UEFA are c**** of the highest order.

Yeah, they don't want fans of London clubs to travel to their showpiece final. I was in Copenhagen for the 2000 UEFA cup final. The Parken stadium capacity was a good 30,000 less than the Olympic stadium in Baku.

I won over £700 backing Auba to score 2 or more, and a hatrick. He had very good odds on Betfair Exchange. I thought that the money would go towards my Baku trip but due to the greed of UEFA and airlines/travel agents in this country, I think I will just have a few beers down the 12 pins in Finsbury Park, where the atmosphere will be as good as the final itself.

This will be the first final I have missed since 1988 when we played Luton in the worthless cup.

Genuinely gutted, and still f***ing hate Tottenham more than the Victims/Bin Dippers and won't accept any foreign fans who think otherwise.

6000 tickets each for us and Chelsea

Reason given is that Baku airport and hotels cant cope with more foreigners than that

Why pick Baku then?

Resignations are required

Arsenal and Chelsea need to both grow a pair

Use the Mkhitaryan situation as an excuse. Both teams refuse to play in solidarity and demand it be moved to Wembley. What are uefa going to do about it? Cancel the match and all that lovely money? Yeah right

They should hold off on announcing the venue until the semi final stage.

Put several big stadia in several big cities on alert. Job done.

At that stage this year I’d have nominated Paris or Lisbon.

Ridiculous to host it in a city that doesn’t have the infrastructure to cope with the crowds.
