You can’t be a manager at a top club with cowardly and conservative tactics

Unfortunately Unai Emery is a manager who deploys cowardly and conservative tactics

Can't see any kind of improvement after his first six months even after factor in it's not his team there is nothing to suggest that he's making the team better in any way.

Yielding a midfielder for an additional defender when your MF already lacks both quality and mobility to then try to employ gegen-pressing tactics is the epitome of stupidity.

Lacking control and chasing shadows as very predictable consequence.

Talk about shooting oneself in both feet.

Looking out of top 4 race by January, out of LC, a cup tie with a rejuvenated united, the tide is getting pretty strong I hope he is a good swimmer.

Sorry but f**k this guy and f**k our board as well, said from the start he’s not impressed me and only getting worse with every performance

Wish he had chance to sign more players and put his stamp on it but I’m out of patience after wenger

This guy's team selection and tactics have been horrendous recently.

He is shooting himself in the foot and dragging us out of top 4.

We will be securing 6th place at best.

I take back a specific knee-jerk comment I said about him a while back. He's the same, if not marginally better at best

This is the part that bothers me the most.

Out strength is out attack and he is handicapping it.

Was nice with his energetic style at the start and we looked more resilient but it’s slowly unwinding now. Has to beat both Chelsea and united in the next 2 games for me.

We could easily lose both and be desperate for a win against Cardiff

Emery is not helping himself with the Ozil issue (is that him or Ozil?) add some weak team selections and it looks bad, but if you look at the players today, the squad, the lack of cash I'm not sure if any manager in the world could get us higher than sixth ... we're miles behind the top five, one of our best players is leaving this summer, we've got four of five regular players well past 30, and where are the youngsters coming through?

Can't repeat it often enough Emery inherited an utter disaster ... Wonger and Gazidis f***ked us ... Kroenke won't save us ....

He has to go. In january and he doesnt have set formation. Plays terrible football. Made most sub in pl history at half time cause he keep picking wrong team and has to react to his errors. Its like as soon as the match starts he is coaching to correct his mistakes.

Weak man and weak manager. Its so clear what this team lacks and its pace and ability to beat players. We cant create sh1t. Ibknow our fans think by being behind the manager it make us good fans and look down on fans of chelsea and real. But those clubs win stuff.

Sometimes you have to accept a mistake and move on quickly. He is the wrong man

Disappointed how defensively we've set up against fking West Ham United.
Surely questions need to be asked of him but now that Wenger is gone the board needs to be held accountable, big time. I'd like to see Emery get some players he wants and then if we still set up like this, I'll agree that he isn't good enough. Until then, he can't be judged properly.
