The technical superiority of Atalanta's players to Everton's is striking - they're showing much more desire as well.

As I type this Gomes punishes Everton with a fine strike in the top corner of the goal. :hail:

What a way for him to on his European club competition debut! Di Maria's place in Argentina's squad should be under threat if Gomes continues to carry on his form of last season further into this season.

Just finished typing the two sentences above and there's number 3.

I so badly want an Arsenal vs AC Millan final.

Will be hype.

Winner also celebrates a CL spot when we come 5th this year we'll need it.

At this moment in time us and them are the 2 overwhelming favourites for the Europa but hard to say as we have to wait for the CL failures to drop down

What's almost certain is that one of Spurs and Dortmund will be among the teams that finish third.

Technically you have to include Real Madrid as well, but don't think anyone can see them finishing third in their group.

The same goes for Atlético and Roma if Chelsea were to finish first or second.

Undoubtedly some tricky dropouts coming up by December.

IIRC in the following season Belgrad won the European Cup (today known as CL).
