Same as happened to Wenger. Came in with revolutionary approach (dossiers on opponents, attention to details on tactics, just as Wenger had his scouting network, knowledge of French market and diet/fitness regimes) but now everyone does it, everyone has ipads on the touchline and scouts opponents.

Also, when you believe you're always right and stop questionning yourself you stop improving, things go wrong but you refuse to change your approach. Happened to Wenger and is now happening to Jose.

Nope. Wenger and Jose's situations are like chalk and cheese.

Lol Wenger backed his players 1000%. Never aired dirty laundry to the press and never gave up on a single one of them. No comparison with Mourinho, who will deflect from poor performances by attempting to villainize players in the media (Casillas, Hazard, Pogba, Delle Alli).

The only problem is that Wenger his trust and belief went too far, and interfered with team strategy. Renewing deals for players like Gibbs, Wilshere, Jenkinson, Diaby and others held us back. He also tried too long to make transfers like Mustafi and Xhaka work.

Mourinho's strategy on the other hand has been to buy a new team every season and then complain that he didn't get the players he wanted. Of course at Spurs he can't spend much, so the wheels are coming off even faster.

He’s made a career out of being sacked and collecting massive pay offs. I wonder which bunch of mugs will hire him next! There’s always someone desperate enough!

He's taking over as the German national team coach after the Euros.

If reports were true about being sacked because he was against the super league, that's something I can respect.

But it also says a lot if they have sacked him just before their cup final and after this super league announcement. Further devalues the importance of domestic trophies.

Oh shit yeah. They’ve still got the cup final and a chance finally wining something.
