Argentina looking like they have to go to the playoffs! Though they will play New Zealand, so its just a mere technicality.

In 2 minds about Argentina qualifying or not. If they don't the laughs will be heard for years and Messi reputation no matter what he has won at club level will be destroyed.

If they qualify, they will flop as soon as they meet a decent side. Germans have knocked them out 4 out of the last 7 World Cups. Dutch in one, a very good Romanian side in another in the game of the tournament and failed to pass the group stage in another after being favourites for the tournament.

Hopefully for them, they face the likes of Iran and Bosnia again

We're trying to outdo Mexico's 2013 hexagonal. 10 months is a long time, but the way things are going, we'll be lucky to make it out of the group stage with Arena :BangHead:

Goalkeepers: Butland, Forster, Hart, Pickford

Defenders: Bertrand, Cahill, Cresswell, Jones, Keane, Maguire, Smalling, Stones, Walker, Trippier

Midfielders: Dier, Delph, Henderson, Lingard, Livermore, Oxlade-Chamberlain

Forwards: Alli, Defoe, Kane, Rashford, Sterling, Sturridge

That's a shocking squad.

Nainggolan again not called up for the national team.

Roberto Martínez claims he made the call for ''tactical reasons'' and says he ''doesn't want to experiment too much".

Man calls one of the team's best and most consistent performers an experiment.

At least be truthful and say you don't like his life style and be done with it, fs.
