Uefa to 'ease' financial fair play rules

What a surprise. English clubs all listening to them. PSG (despite a warning which should of been more as they were heading away from profit rather than getting in line) and Real Madrid must be in trouble.

Lulz. If they cool it off, I'd love to hear what Wenger would say.

United could spend another £300m and nobody'd blink. Mou would have a field day. And City will end up overpaying for mediocre talents like they always do.

Also, I'd expect PSG to buy Ramires for £35m.

We've got 2 billionaires, and another billionaire lurking in the shadows making overtures at the club.

If UEFA are going to drop a bollock and give up on FFP, they better be ready to go in and go hard.

Typical UEFA. You literally cannot trust a single thing that comes out of that organisation.

They can't even get their own rules right ffs.

English clubs and their sugar daddies caused the need for FFP  if City and Chelsea wouldn't have gone full r***rd and showed other sugar daddies what a nice dick-measuring contest having a football club is we wouldn't have the need for FFP. Not excluding the taxpayer money W****rs from Spain of course which are also perpetrators.

They should start and lower the CL prize pool and raise the EL prize pool if they want smaller clubs to have a chance to grow plus make the domestic cups more valueable again (I want the CWC back). Also it's totally stupid that so many "not title winning sides" are in the "CHAMPIONS League".

UEFA set to relax FFP

Postby Qalib88 » Mon May 18, 2015 5:06 pm

This kinde off pisses me of to be honest. We are one of the only clubs who took ffp seriously. It just means Chelsea and Man City can continue to dominate English football together with Man utd when it comes to money.......

What do you guys think? Me personally I wouldn't mind Usmanov to have the rest of the shares and back us up to compete with the others.

FFP was a joke anyway, with Etihad Airways "investing" more per year on Man City than their annual global profit.

I'm sure there's an article in the Human Rights Act that stops UEFA from telling billionaires what to do with their money. Probably "the right to peaceful enjoyment of your property"

Bad news is, someone has found Platini's buyout clause. Good news is, he's still more expensive than Blatter.

FFP was always going to be a farce.

Money will always win out in the end.

With FFP cooled down, let's hope we can buy Messi now.
