England could host it on our own, we don't really need the others as they don't really add much. Yes the Millenium Stadium, Murrayfield and Celtic Park are decent enough, but we have more than enough grounds in England to host it ourselves.
Still find it ridiculous that Mexico will have had it 3 times since we had it.
We should have had it in 2018 and when that was taken from us then 2030 should be ours. 100 years for the World Cup taking place in the country that made the game, its a no brainer
Why the hell are we involving the Irish Republic in this? This was supposed to be an English (or possibly British) bid. What on earth can the Irish Republic offer us?
The bid will have nothing to do with which country is most suitable and all to do with which country offers the most in bribes. Ergo, the 'hooligans' will have had zero impact on our 'bid'.

They do have the Millenium Stadium, Hampden Park, Ibrox, Celtic Park, Murrayfield, Aviva Stadium and Croke Park. But we don't need to include these countries, we have more than enough stadiums to host it on our own in England.
