Bugger.

It finished 0-0. Of course.

Incidentally, I wish Arsenal would change the name from Arsenal Ladies to Arsenal Women. As Oscar Wilde said, the word 'Lady' has a certain taint of vulgarity about it. Unless, obviously, applied to actual Ladies.

As some of you may know the Women's teams are currently competing against each other at Euro 2017.

England beat Scotland 6 to 0 yesterday.

Currently playing are Norway 0-2 Belgium

This evening 19:45 BST Netherlands vs Denmark

The latter could make for a decent watch.

Tessa Wullaert just lobbed Arsenal ladies keeper Sari van Veenendaal from 30 yards out to make it 1-1. :hiding:

Freak goal.

Doesn't really matter though, a draw is good enough for Arsenal players van de Donk, Miedema, Jansen and van Veenendaal to progress to the quarter finals.
