The great man is apparently fed up with just about everything at Barca, and has declared his intention to leave the club at the end of next season when his contract expires.

It's my desire that he retires at Barca. But I'm not sure if he should. He will. I'm sure. But he shouldn't.

I don't care if it's PSG or City (gulp), I would like to see him play in a decent team in his final years. Barca are basically the club version of Argentina at this stage. Awful administration, awful managers, awful recruitment strategy, awful long and short-term planning..

They're back to being the lel club they were pre-Ronaldinho.

Who's going to pay Messi's £1.5m a week wages?

City could easily pay him £2m a week. All they have to do is include £300k a week as his official salary, and the remaining £1.7m a week would be a gift from Sheikh Mansour's dog.
