Your best player should be in a slot which guarantees they will take a penalty.

It's common sense.

Would prefer my best pen taker to go first tbh

Setting the tone is the most important

Cowards spot. Knowing if you miss there'll be enough penalties left to have someone save your ass

Pressure penalty is fifth. He had far too much faith in shit team mates. A weakness in him. Hardly his fault and hardly bottling.

The 5th penalty is not any more pressurized than the 6th or 7th - which are also slots that aren't guaranteed.

You need to score a penalty to win it. Who do you want? Nani or Ronaldo?

I'd rather have scored my previous 4 pens to ensure we make it to a 5th one.

Imagine our 11/12 Arsenal side were in a shootout and we had RVP in the 5th slot.

It would be retarded.

Wow

I knew it to be true but to see it clear as day, Messi hiding when he's needed.

Messi is an introvert, Ronaldo an extrovert.

Pretty much, that is why CR put himself before country he wanted all the limelight of scoring the winning penalty, stopped him being the Goat so far but at the same time it is that personality that has got him to this level.

So being in the designated 5 penalty takers is more important than everything he has done before and since then?

Ok then.
