Why would you willingly leave the best club in the world, especially when you have ended Barca's dominance and could potentially rattle off several league titles in a row, to go back to a shitty United side?

Been there, done that, got the T-shirt .... why not go for a mega payday at Utd? ....

cause united are gash

Now level with Messi on Ballon d'ors.

What a year it's been for him.

2 x CL, La Liga title, Euro 2016.

I couldn't imagine not thinking he's the best in the world at this point. Unbelievable player.

Real have a club legend managing them and on top of that, they have the best squad in the world.

Barca just got Valverde. :BangHead:

Real will retain the League next season, and are in a better position than Messi FC to win the CL again (unless Bayern have something to say about that).

Ffs. Can't anyone else apart from there 3 win the CL?

I was answering your last sentence.

And then laughing at my own answer cos it was a ludicrous decision.

Jesus Christ, lighten up.

Is he level?

Don't really pay much attention to the balloon doors awards. Been a bit of a farce since 2002.

But yeah he's way clear of anyone ATM as the best in the world.

Yes, and it had to be Pep. ;)

I don't even know who can do it (apart from the three). Atleti, perhaps. None of the English teams for sure. I do think Chelsea will surprise many next season in the CL. For our sake, I hope all the English teams make it to the QFs at least.

Won't be atletico. Simeone is finished at the top level. He's a broken man after that CL final defeat.

PSG maybe? Surely they can't be as unlucky as they were this season. Can't discount Juve. Buffons last ever season, I reckon they might sacrifice the league to go all out for the CL. Even in a shit season they'll get minimum 2nd in serie A.

Juve can kiss CL goodbye for the next 5 years. They were bad yesterday. I kept on thinking that we'd have taken it to Real if Arsenal were there instead of Juve—who were afraid to play.

Last two times Atleti made it to the Final, Atleti were 5 mins away from winning the CL, and on the second attempt, they lost on penalties. Can't count them out. As for PSG, am unsure. Don't think they have the bottle.

I'd put a wager on Chelsea winning the CL before PSG.
