From all of them Alli has shown the most.

Whether he'll be the best in a few years we don't know but as of right now he's comfortably ahead

He's not bad, but he's 20 yo already and it's not like he's carrying his team (Pozuelo, Trossard). He might very well become a good player but I doubt he'll be a world beater.
