I saw more indications from Song the year before. Never thought he do what he did his last year with us... but he looked better at that point than Ramsey. But you never know.

Flamini wasn't the biggest, but he was tough as they come and knew how to tackle hard but fair. Probably one of the most gutting departures for me, he used to be one of my favs.

Rambo has a promising future if he can keep playing like he did those last 10 games and add a bit of composure infront of goal, he'll be a big asset.

Ramsey/Wilshere double pivot is the future imo.

I hope so. I think we are a long way from that being a viable option yet, but in theory, those two behind an out and out CAM, like Cazorla would be delightful. The problem is, our team falls to shit whenever Arteta isn't on the pitch

We played them both a couple of times last season, didn't look too shabby. Both are young but very talented, it's a pairing we could build a team around

I can't think of a single time the two of them played in CM together last season. Usually Jack was behind the striker or next to Arteta. The season before I do remember a few occasions and it didn't really work. But like I say, I think in the future it will be a dream combo.

vs Liverpool, 2-2 [h] is all I can remember off the top of my head. Maybe starman can help me out

They're not the most popular types, but players like him play an important disruptive role. I always hate when we play against them, but love when they play for us.

Song was also very disruptive, and better going forward...

Agree. But the pre-injury Ramsey who was lauded for his technique and passing is still here. He has just added an industrial side to his game and that is the perfect combo for a CM and why I rate him so highly

I never liked Ramsey because I thought he was just lost in our team, Wenger had played him in every position bar ST and defense and he wasn't cutting it, however I'm happy to say that he's turned a corner and I am now on board, with players like Frimpong not around and Song gone we needed a proper midfield battler and he's providing that to the extent where he was more important to the team in the last 3 months of the season than Wilshere.

That's quite a jump in my estimation so I hope his form continues.

As long as he keeps scoring, Bruce Forsyth will surely become a victim
