Salah wanted the glory of taking the winning penalty - instead goes home a loser without taking one at all. If he had real team spirit he would have taken the first one, or second, or third but not the fifth.

Happened to Ronaldo I think v Spain many years ago - next time Portugal were in a shoot out he went first and they won it.

Damn right they should and Russian owned clubs should be removed from all UK competitions/ leagues and not allowed to trade with other clubs.

Damn right they should and Russian owned clubs should be removed from all UK competitions/ leagues and not allowed to trade with other clubs.

That would affect Putin more than sanctions I think, but they should be done in line with them. Why should they get to compete when they are taunting Europe into a war.
