am just simply making the point he does not qualify for any powerhouses. Belgium are in the top 10 internatonal teams in the world if i wanted to be argumentative its not absurd to call them a powerhouse modern day.

obviously looking good on paper helps alot. Look at city, they look good on paper and they are probably the best team in the league.

also worth noting we have a bunch of great youngsters, watch out Varela the guy is a f***ing monster. a right back or CB one of the best young defenders ive seen in along time.

Not so sure about that, he's not exactly the brightest penny in the fountain - right after signing for Aston Villa he though they were a club based in London.
Tbf though, you don't need to be the new einstein to become a good footballer, Diego Maradona and many others before (and after) him have proven that.
