No quotes in there at all but I though I'd share this because I dare say it will catch on to another paper or some sort. Would you take him back?

Seeing as we got more points without his sorry ass, no. He is a fine player on his day - but those days are becoming increasingly few and far between. Nasri scored 15 goals for us in his final season, that total plummeted to 6 for Man City (same number of games).

13th of May 2012 Arsenal beat West Brom 3-2 to finish 3rd ahead of Newcastle. Gooney is still yet to leave the forum...

Indeed.

What's he going to do? Delete all of his twitter tirades, forgive the fans for giving him stick? Take a huge pay cut?

Who thought of this rumour in the first place? That man should be banned from all forms of communication forthwith.

He also made more assists in the Prem this last season than he did in his whole Arsenal Prem career.

It's a strange one for papers to even consider making a rumour about. He was important to us. Cost us a lot of money. The only way we would consider selling him would be for more than we paid, which Arsenal wouldn't do.

Can you blame him when your fans are calling him a c*** while he was on the pitch wearing your shirt. He'd not even said he was leaving. I think your fans made sure he did though.
