We're more than happy to see him in here. Same position from pov of lower stands:

He also scored 1.5 half goals (0.5: his free kick hit the bar end went in from keeper's back). He has been silent for a while in terms of goals

This was a cool and crucial save at the end of half. It was only 1-0 at that point

It's a shame that defense in front of him is nonexistent.

Some madman licked shots at the Fenerbahce team bus.

Fenerbahce want league suspended after bus shooting

Fenerbahce have called for the Turkish Super Lig to be suspended after their team bus was shot at by a gunman.

The league leaders were travelling to Trabzon airport, following their 5-1 victory over Rizespor, when the shooting happened.
The driver was taken to hospital but no players were injured in the attack.

"As Fenerbahce, we think it's unavoidable to suspend the league until this dark attack is enlightened," a club statement read.
"It is the end of the football and blood has been spilled. Fenerbahce's irrevocable priority is for the culprits to be found and punished immediately."

The club said they would release a further statement after an emergency board meeting on Monday.

Their cup game in midweek has been postponed and so has their next league fixture against Bursaspor. Not really happy about league game as they have bit of an injury crisis but that's not important. Totally understandable break for them.

Bus driver is okay. The bus was on a bridge and they could have ended up in Blacksea.

Next week league matches and cup matches this midweek have been suspended for a week. It's more fair for all teams but like a weak of suspension would solve everything.

Accused of match fixing. He probably wasn't go to save it even if he kept going.

That's unfair - he was never going to save that. Unless the scorer was in it too.

Looks like it was past him by the time he pulled his hand back anyway. Was close though.

I wasn't expecting that shot to end up as goal and after seeing that angle thought he could have easily saved it. I still think that way but now maybe he didn't realise how close was the ball and didn't bother.

I doubt anyone would try match fixing so soon after 2011.

Beşiktaş conceded directly from a corner kick After today's 1-0 loss they're now 7 points behind of the leader with 2 matches to go. They were up there with Galatasaray just 10 days ago, they had 2 draws before today. Next week Galatasaray hosts Beşiktaş.
