In hindsight yes, it would have made sense to get rid of Djourou, but not too many of us knew for sure that he'd be so shit, cause he really was never given too many chances, now that he has, it is an easy thing to say. But folks were talking about getting rid of RvP too (cause of all his injuries), if we would've listened to them we'd be f***ked right now.
I too would like to see Bartley here instead, hopefully that will happen next season.

Djourou and Senderos came through at about the same time. I always thought big Phil was the better of the two. When we offloaded Phil we should have sold Djourou too.

Djourou was poor but come on, he has done a good job at RB IMO and he gets forward well considering he is out of position.
He may never be good enough to start but he can always do a job for us.
