"B-B-but Emery can't handle big players like Neymar" they said, as he swept the domestic treble with ease in 2017/18.

Slap yourself.

Not a fan of Tuchel and glad we didn't bring him over here because he's another manager that had a lot of hype without producing.

But...he's still going to win the Ligue 1 title in his first season. That's all I have to say about winning a Ligue 1 title with PSG. It's nothing to gloat about.

PSG’s squad is a state

No balance in it whatsoever and they’re losing their two best midfielders this summer

Lost 3-2 against Montpellier, a team thatbhasbt been in the CL since Giroud (lol) took them to the Ligue 1 title in 2011/12.

Feel bad for Tuchel, he might do better at a club where he can develop youth players. PSG too big of a club for his style.

PSG owners are fuming of the mockery made of their club and insist it’s damaging their reputation as a family

Supposedly not investing anywhere near as much as they did before

Next Malaga and Monaco?

I don't know what QSI expected when they tried to take a shortcut to the promised land by hiring a bunch of mercenaries without having a vision. Hell, City still isn't there (no CL), but at least they have a plan on the field and aren't unbalanced.

PSG should've gone for a more long-term, organic route that was sprinkled with two or three high profile signings. Don't they have one of the best academies in football? And not to mention local Parisian talent is arguably the best you can find anywhere in the world. There's no reason PSG shouldn't be at least 50% Parisian with the metro area shitting out quality players. I mean ffs they've had players like Pogba, Kante, Sissoko, Ndombele, Mendy, and Martial right in their backyard (with Mbappe, Kimpembe, Rabiot until the summer, Areola, and Nkunku already on the team).

They thought spending almost 400m EUR on Neymar + Mbappe would be enough for a CL. Didn't realize until too late that Neymar can't lead a team the way Messi and CR7 can. Ligue 1 should be a piece of piss for Neymar and he's not even in the Golden Boot conversation.

Yup yup yup.

Which is also why City failing to advance in the CL puts a smile on my face...even if it's Spurs doing the damage. And why I'd rather have Liverpool win the PL. Football loses when blood money wins.
